Proto\u017ee vlastn\u011bn\u00ed nemovitosti sice znamen\u00e1 i nev\u00fdhody, t\u0159eba nutnost se o ni postarat, co\u017e za n\u00e1s jako majitele nikdo neud\u011bl\u00e1, ale m\u00e1 to i sv\u00e9 jednozna\u010dn\u00e9 p\u0159ednosti. Hlavn\u011b tu, \u017ee jsme majiteli takov\u00e9ho nemovit\u00e9ho majetku, kter\u00fd se postupn\u011b zhodnocuje a m\u00e1me v n\u011bm tedy dob\u0159e investovan\u00e9 pen\u00edze, pak ale i tu, \u017ee neplat\u00edme za nic v\u00edc ne\u017e za skute\u010dn\u00e9 n\u00e1klady a nikdo n\u00e1s odsud tak\u00e9 jenom tak nevyst\u011bhuje.Kdyby to tedy \u0161lo, stal by se majitelem domu nebo aspo\u0148 bytu r\u00e1d ka\u017ed\u00fd. Jen\u017ee to nejde. A to pr\u00e1v\u011b kv\u016fli rostouc\u00edm cen\u00e1m a ani zdaleka ne tak rychle rostouc\u00edm p\u0159\u00edjm\u016fm a \u00faspor\u00e1m.\u010casto prost\u011b t\u0159eba na vlastn\u00ed byt nem\u00e1me pen\u00edze. A kdybychom si je m\u011bli na\u0161et\u0159it, kdo v\u00ed, jestli bychom se jich n\u011bkdy v\u016fbec do\u010dkali. A proto nen\u00ed ojedin\u011bl\u00fdm \u00fakazem, \u017ee si bereme na po\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed vlastn\u00edch byt\u016f hypot\u00e9ky. P\u016fj\u010d\u00edme si prost\u011b pen\u00edze, byt si koup\u00edme a pak dlouho spl\u00e1c\u00edme.Ale co kdy\u017e m\u00e1me p\u0159\u00edjmy natolik n\u00edzk\u00e9, \u017ee hypot\u00e9ku na soukrom\u00fd byt nedostaneme, proto\u017ee by nebylo v na\u0161ich sil\u00e1ch ji spl\u00e1cet? Pak vlastn\u011b nem\u016f\u017eeme bydlet ve sv\u00e9m. Ale \u010dasto m\u016f\u017eeme bydlet aspo\u0148 skoro jako ve sv\u00e9m.U nebankovn\u00ed spole\u010dnosti se toti\u017e d\u00e1 sehnat i hypot\u00e9ka na dru\u017estevn\u00ed byt. A jak u\u017e se v\u00ed, jsou takov\u00e9 dru\u017estevn\u00ed byty velice podobn\u00e9 t\u011bm soukrom\u00fdm, ov\u0161em levn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Tak\u017ee si na n\u011b sta\u010d\u00ed p\u016fj\u010dit m\u00ed\u0148 pen\u011bz. A to d\u00e1v\u00e1 nad\u011bji i t\u011bm, kdo mohou spl\u00e1cet jenom m\u00e9n\u011b.
